Education is a primary objective of Rotary and numerous scholarships are available through The Rotary Foundation, Rotary District 6710 and our Henderson Rotary Club. Each have scholarship programs, however, the route to all is through the local Rotary club.

  • Henderson Rotary provides scholarships to local students to attend any accredited post-secondary institution.
  • Rotary District 6710 provides scholarships to full time students who are legal residents of Rotary District 6710 (Western Kentucky) and who attend a college or university within the state of Kentucky.
  • The Rotary Foundation provides Ambassadorial Scholarships and Rotary World Peace Scholarships. Ambassadorial Scholarships provide funding for one academic year of study in another country. Each year, for the World Peace Scholarship program, Rotary selects 70 scholars to study at one of the seven Rotary Centers for International Studies worldwide . The selected scholars, referred to as Rotary World Peace Scholars, pursue a two-year master's level degree programs in conflict resolution, peace studies, and international relations at one of the seven Centers.
